I think it is simply the Egyptian Army Regulations of 1912. They would have confirmed uniforms already in use, and being used for a few years in the future. They probably changed somewhat under the pressure of the Great War.
Had to take off the library stamp that told me I can be prosecuted for reproducing these, so sorry I have no further detail.

During WWI Units of the Egyptian Army saw service in Darfur, Arabia, the Western Desert and along the Suez Canal, against the Turks and their Sanussi allies. Accordingly the peacetime dress uniforms described in the 1912 Regulations were soon put into store, as was the case with most combatant nations. However a photograph dated late December 1914 shows Egyptian cavalry, escorting the new Sultan Hussein I, still wearing the light blue and white lancer parade uniforms of 1912. By November 1917 Egyptian troops escorting the Sultan's coffin (a short reign) were in khaki drill for even a major ceremony, although Egyptian naval officers and men present were in whites. The infantry of the Sultan's Royal Guard however appear to have retained their dark blue full dress throughout the War and were still wearing it when reviewed by General Allenby in December 1918. After the War only the cavalry of the Royal Guard and senior army officers appear to have continued to wear the pre-war blue or white uniforms, on special occasions. Red fezs remained a universal feature of Egyptian Army uniforms throughout this period, although worn with a khaki cover and neck curtain on active service. The inclusion of a khaki peak to shield the eyes made the fez look rather like an old fashioned shako.

Yeah, I take off library markings just to make a more presentable product. Here in the US, government docs are all public domain. I here in Britain the government still retains copyright.

Oh yeah, big time. Sad really, its just information.
Just one on the blue uniforms of the foot guards. Life has a series of photos from the 1930s with the palace guard in blue uniforms, armed with Mk.III rifles.
