what country

Post  wfrad on Sun 19 Apr 2015, 5:59 am

My first guess was British going by the style, though I dont know it.
Second guess, was a variation of the American Ninetieth Division (WWI) who adopted the red lettered monogram O & T.
Initials of Texas and Oklahoma where the division was formed.
Did a search for the division, scroll down and you will find a couple of examples.

Hope this helps

I believe that's a Nazi German Organization Todt labor organization rank insignia. Perhaps NCO level equivalent.

ChrisF202 was right.
It's a patch from Organization Todt.

Thanks to both.
