There's a few illustrations of the West India Regiment on the forum,
Also a google search for the West India Regt. should give you what you need.

Indian Jacket

Post  wfrad on Sat 29 Jun 2013, 9:35 am

This is taken from MAA's 30th Punjabis.
The Indian army zouave jacket was introduced in 1863 for the Indian army native ranks, not quite the same style as the French and American jackets.
The cut of the jacket was modified, by the 1890 the jacket skirts been squared off although there are photographs dated 1897 of regiments with curved skirts.
