Vida Militar in Portugal 1927

The Portuguese Documentary Cinema Museum contains several short films showing life in the Portuguese Army in 1927. The uniforms shown are generally the plain grey adopted after the revolution of 1910 but some of the scenes are commendably honest - e.g. cavalry ride down a steep slope with horses tossing their riders.
